free lunch, fuel card, working from home

Cons

- the pay structure makes it impossible to go for a mortgage. Base pay is not that great and shift pay is not guaranteed so is not included in the calculation. The day that SAP decides to take away shift payments will be a day of great exodus form the company. - small pay increases which nearly meet the inflation rate...but as we are told by management SAP is in the middle of the pack when it comes to pay. - entertainment budget introduced this year for a company of this size is a joke. The yearly budget per team lasted only for one team night out (meal + 1 drink)...seriously SAP you cannot do better?!?!?!!

Free lunch and subsidized breakfast. Free coffee and tea. Flexible hours. Generous amounts of vacation.

Cons

Lack of career progression and development opportunities. Compensation is low compared to Dublin market. Heavy competition between managers which can be disruptive. Location is awful to get to. Toilets and other facilities can be often unclean. Poor communication between both management and employees. Lack of designated seating which in itself causes disruption and arguments between colleagues.
