      Company went for saving every cent Local benefit package shrinking. Recentlly salay increase doesn't keep up wit the inflation.

      - people work collaboratively, they want you to succeed and do well in your job, everyone is really supportive - many benefits however some may be not as relevant if you work most days from home - many departments and areas which allows you to grow without leaving the company - opportunities for growth and learning - culture and values - organized events and support groups

      Cons

      - pay rise is dependable on allocated budget, unless you change positions - sometimes you might get lost with the amount of tools and software you can work with
