Still have some good colleagues left..have been working here for 2 years but slowly seeing technically strong people hired earlier leaving. Hiring standards have gone down drastically. Good products and great customers. But miss the company i joined.

Cons

Poor facility, security double up as facility and try to police, no transport for employees, no democracy and always double standards Favoritism prevails and succeeds. Regionalism is at its peak. Not recommended.

good place to start a career

moving up internally sucks. you get 'promoted' to work in a new role, but you don't get a salary bump until LONG after you've worked way overtime to prove yourself. And then it's up to the market, and whether they downgrade your bonus across the company also engineering jobs in Van are limited - always saying there is no headcount to hire, but there is clearly way too much work to do.
