- Clear career path - Cool environment - Gym, sauna, table tennis. - Reasonable workload

The business/internal processes quite complicated. On other hand, that what makes it a challenge.

1. Less but quality work. 2. Not so hectic schedule. 3. Good money for the amount of working hours you have. 4. Amazing work culture and highly helpful colleagues

Cons

Well many !!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. Currently leadership team has no direction going ahead. 2. Management and infrastructure needs real work. 3. Almost everything is operated through Bengaluru location despite Pune being a separate entity. 4. Not everyone has a role that they like. It mostly involves bug fixing, many can there fore opt out of this!!
