Best in class benefits and work life balance.

Cons

you will feel stagnation after some years. The management is mostly busy to work with Germany and don't give to many chances to upward movement after certain levels.

Really good working environment, options for learning new technologies, food at a nominal charge, HR and manager really helpful for the growth of employee and for personal reasons, higher management concerned about employees, strong worker council.

Cons

Promotion is bit slow compared to startups, due to the number of employees.
