- a big company to put in your CV

Cons

- Average to low technical employees, not too much to learn - Mostly all decisions are coming from Germany, so you're opinions don't matter too much. - Promotions and hirings are based more on referals than on technical skills. A lot of low talents who are brothers, sisters, sons of somebody else.
