Good pay, very good benefits. The company has a strong culture. Performs very good & has real impact on customers.

Cons

You do not work on the latest technology stack. You might have to work with very old code; can be a bit frustrating at times.

It is OK...

- Good perks (free lunch, company car after 3 years, company bike leasing) - Friendly colleagues - Lots of development opportunities - Good salary. Wouldn't say spectacular

Cons

- Walldorf ... Most young people prefer to avoid it altogether, also because if the cost! - If you work in Walldorf, the cafeteria is really noisy (WDF03 at least) - Lack of transparency, bureaucracy - Working equipment is below industry standard - Growing very rapidly (hiring like crazy!!), instead of focusing on keeping current employees (lots of good colleagues left during 2017)
