Pros

Excellent company product portfolio with a great outlook. Excellent management staff, given the tools they need to manage employees properly. Excellent benefits. Excellent work-life balance (encouraged by management). Excellent work environment (many work events for holidays, celebrations, etc..) Excellent scheduling for release and development cycles, allowing sufficient time for emergency bug fixes without requiring large amounts of overtime.

Cons

I literally cannot think of a con working here - I absolutely love it.
