I would say that it is a good start in that kind of industry. Also, it has to be written that the education of the staff is quite good.

Cons

the company is too burocratic. Decisions which are made by the management is not always clear. It is frustrating to not know where the ship is heading to.

Technology Vision Leadership Position in Market. Name recognition helps in sales but the strong products and cusotmer references help progress the sales cycle. SAP All in One is incredibly strong for the large, global operations. SAP Business One is growing rapidly in Market Share with over 25,000 customers. Strategic Acquistions to Enhance current Offerings include Busienss Objects-Crystal Reports and Sybase Mobility. Cutomer Focused.

Cons

SAP is a large firm. If you are not used to working for a large organization it may not be for you. You must work hard but if you do you can reap strong rewards.
