Also, the company never stands still - when others in the industry are scaling back, SAP is driving toward growth through innovation. It's an exciting environment to work in day to day. You are surrounded by some of the smartest people in the industry, many of whom will welcome you to their dialogues and initiatives.

Cons

Performance expectations are at times crushingly high. There are never enough hours in the day, and most at SAP would acknowledge that work/life balance is a challenge. SAP is not for everyone, especially anyone who struggles with constant change and cycles of uncertainty.
