Employee Engagement Policies Extremely good Work Culture Strategy for growth is built around the Employees

Cons

Large Company - has it's share of processes which are at times tough to deal with. getting through to people to enable quick decisions is difficult and frustrating.Being a large organization , a lot pf people have it easy by networking and influencing people. Recruitment in hiring laterals have to improve a lot ! recruiting standards differ from team to team and so quality suffers. Middle Management needs to really improve. Remember the saying a Bad Manager breeds their own kind and fast !

Culture of execution. We believe we can do anything. It's not perfect but everyone believes in what we do and the value our solutions provide.

Cons

Lots of change. Comes with the territory in the software world. If you're not changing and evolving, you become stagnant. We are definitely not stagnant.
