      Pros

      *Great Pay *Lots of flexibility (work from home, time off, etc) *Amazing, energetic co-workers *Magic Quadrant Leader *Amazing cutting-edge technology *Company values/Culture are very unique and refreshing (love the "no a**holes" policy haha) *Real, transparent and inspiring executive leadership

      Cons

      *SAP acquisition is good as far as capital to increase innovation but could over time (2+ years) slow this down as there is a lot of corp. bureaucracy at SAP as in any large company. Also, SAP has a completely different culture than SF so it will be interesting to see how they blend. Currently, SFSF is a operated as a separate company and only time will tell what the SAP acquisition will mean for the company but so far it's been wildly positive.
