*Great Benefits *Great People *Career Progression (This is highly up to you if you're eager for more responsibilities or for progression, you could set this as your goal / plan for development). *This is a great company to stick to when you plan on retiring and an overall a superb company for the long term. *Management is very approachable and very hands on!

*Some areas may be limited to Night Shift e.g. no IT related jobs in the morning *Due to the above point, Work-life Balance might be affected
