SAP can offer the best salary package out there for someone shifting from BPO / IT support into SAP field. A breeding ground for people who wants to be a SuccessFactors consultant which is in demand outside SAP. Best benefits I have seen (Different Allowances, Insurance, HMO etc) Best place for starters seeking experience with SAP products and technology Career progression may be slow for some who does not seek opportunities internally but all you need is to enhance skills, explore, expand your network, apply for Fellowship roles and try your luck by applying for internal positions. WFH /setup for some LoBs.
Cons
Few employee engagement activities or events in the Philippines. Tasks can be overwhelming at times but that is the way you learn most of the time, right? People leave SAP to do SAP jobs outside SAP. They should do something about retaining talents.
