There are few opportunities to grow in lower career levels (a lot of expert jobs that require years of experience)

Comfortable life , work life balance , free lunch , dinner and snacks , friendly colleagues , lots of fun events like family day , SAP foundation day , etc .

Cons

Learning curve is slow . You will work in specific domain and your knowledge will be limited . Moreover those technologies will be specific to SAP and you will find it difficult to switch to other companies . Support Associate is not a good job when compared to Developer Associate as you will support customers through implementation , service delivery or product support . Salary and career growth is slow as you will down in the hierarchy of seniors with many years of experience .
