The customers are very friendly and some of the colleagues are very knowledgeable and professional.

Cons

Favoritism and corruption are rampant in this company, with managers constantly supporting each other in the face of shortcomings. The service manager is clearly not qualified for the job. The customer is dissatisfied with him and his subordinates are also completely dissatisfied with his performance, but because he is supported by upper management, he remains in his position.
