Alot of things can be improved if employees feedback would be taken into account

Working from home during pandemic situation Flexible working hours > this is beneficial also for the company, not only for the employees bcs sometimes work during outside business hours (9AM-5PM) is needed and no extra-money in this case

Cons

Not working from home at all before 2018 > this suggests that the company is not aligned with the market sector regarding package compensation.
