Used to be a decent place to work. Has gone downhill the past few years. The medical benefits have gone up and are getting worse, too. No pros

Cons

Pay is terrible unless you are part of the butt kissers. The bonuses go to them, too. Raises are a joke. Toxic place to work

Chances to travel overseas while on-site commission Working together with various people around the globe Good software developing experiences, structured and low-complexity Time - off with flexi time are really good since they can't effort to pay OT but they still cut-off with limitation Easier to discuss and talk with manager if you need to take leave

Low salary and no career growth. When I request for it management blame administration/hr, administration blame management back and end-up no one pickup the responsibility Employee review every year just like a mind trick, nothing happen.. they already decided 3-5 months before the appraisal. Mixed up of responsibility. it likely AIO (All In One) which you do PM, DEV, QA, DB, DevOps, support and etc. There is no clear cut No one appreciate you. No matter you are work hard, work smart or anything even you scores lot of achievement. You are your own world. But when troubles happen, people looking at you and try put blame on you
