A good place to gain basic lab experience

Management is pretty hands off which is nice. Work isn't too hard. A good place for a recent grad to gain some experience in the field.

Cons

They don't pay new people as well (10+$ less per hour at my location). If you ever have a problem good luck getting in contact with certain people in the HR department. Company isn't focused on teaching their employees how their process actually works, so many techs have little understanding of the science behind things. No current incentive to cross-train to master different positions around the lab. There have been many times where men have been given promotions that women are much more qualified for, with no explanation.
