Pros

ST is a productive place to start or continue your career. Not too much drama from a politics standpoint, get your job done and you will be rewarded. Also St is good about flexible time as long as you don't abuse it, I work an average of about 9-10 hours a day but once or twice a week I have to leave early for daycare or some other personal issue and it is never a problem.

Cons

Location is tricky, just slightly too far from the Houston, Austin and Dallas areas.

The other employees in my office were great to work with.

Cons

No leadership what-so-ever. The managers in charge are unorganized, not willing to coach or teach, offer no guidance. Everything seems to be unorganized, the leaders make rush decisions and others are left to figure out the consequences after the fact. Decisions are made and then changed so frequently that it is hard to trust anything you are being told.
