Pros

1) Great Leadership 2) All employees seem to have the same goal and work towards success for the company. 3) Management encourages work life balance. 4) Benefits are good. 5) Even in this day and age of remote work our team unity is solid and we collaborate at least once or twice a week as a team.

Cons

1) I've worked at approximately 10 companies including (Panasonic & IBM) and Sage has been my favorite stop by far. Hoping to make this my last stop.

Great Company!

Pros

I like the Sage environment, the people are really friendly, and I loved being able to volunteer with my colleagues at the Sage Foundation! Thought it was such a cool experience to do regardless being able to volunteer with your work peeps; Getting paid to do it with my work colleagues was just an added bonus. Then, having lunch with the head of Talent Acquisition after we volunteered for about 4 hours definitely made me feel connected to Sage as a company.

Cons

No company is perfect, but Sage strikes me as a company always looking to improve, always asking for feedback, input, and suggestions from its employees on how to do that. Sage seems to be always seeking to innovate and adapt to different challenges.
