8yThanks for your feedback. We know how important work life balance is, so we offer it as much as possible so it’s great to read you benefit from this approach. It is critical not only for colleagues and the business that we have fantastic people leaders, hence earlier this year we designed and rolled out the Leading@Sage programme which all our people leaders have to undertake. Approximately a third of leaders have started the programme where they are trained in high performance, One Sage and how to thrive as a leader in the first 'License to Lead' modules. This is a huge investment in our managers and shows we are dedicated to make each and every manager the best leader.
