Pros

Reasonably modern office - some good people to work with. Free parking, onsite gym and good range of benefits

Cons

Tech support department has been on the decline for a number of years following years of key man dependency which certain teams have tried to get away from but it remains still now. Lack of progression unless your face fits. Tech support is now as much about sales as actually resolving the reason for the customer's contact. Programmes are now bug ridden due to level of knowledge and experience of people testing programmes who use testing time as free time away from the phones rather than actually testing and identifying problems. Morale across whole department has never been lower and constant reminders of the incentives that the sales teams receive is just salt into the wounds

Pros

Work Monday to Friday 9-5

Cons

Commission structure nowhere near what was promised. Unhappy customers due to poor management of the company. Archaic systems. The company competes with itself. Other companies sell our products for cheaper.
