Thanks for your review. As a former colleague you’ll know we are transforming Sage in order keep innovating our products, giving great service to our customers and to leapfrog the competition. Our people are passionate about this – that’s why we believe in developing colleagues, including our leaders. We are currently in the process of pulling together a ‘Leading at Sage’ program which will be available for all managers, it will focus on the ‘people management’ aspects to their role, it will also aim to keep them up-to-date on our latest products and technologies as it is important all Sage colleagues are 'product champions’. I am sorry you didn’t have a good experience during your short time at Sage but we are excited about the future.
