Lies

Pros

Those are gone. The gaslighting and lies are undeniable.

Cons

Sage CEO & CFO tell the public all is great and then tell the employees that it isn't. Per CEO and CFO to the public on 7/30/24: "Our Q3 trading update, announced today, demonstrates Sage performed well in the first nine months, delivering revenue growth in line with our expectations and sustaining good momentum." Now the employees get from the CFO on the same date: "Whilst Sage has performed well over the last 9 months, we continue to be behind where we had planned to be at this point in the year – we haven’t seen revenue growth accelerate in the way that we had planned. " So, who is Sage lying to? The shareholders or the employees. Seems that they are lying to the employees so they can cut our annual bonus. And that AFTER they already cut it. How arrogant to post conflicting statements on the same date.

Pros

You get paid You get 5 days volunteering leave

Cons

You are unable to take 5 days volunteering leave due to workloads Lots of old timers around who have no idea about technology (all the way to the top) No clue about what SaaS means HR function is now just an automated system - you don't get to talk to humans Lots of jumping on bandwagons on technology - and failing badly at it due to lack of understanding. People who have been responsible for technology strategy which has been failing the company for several years now are all still around (and have been since the dinosaurs roamed the planet) Do not believe anything about the bonus scheme ever - it is a con. Lots of hype about things our exco simply don't understand - and then they move onto the next thing. Nothing ever sticks. New strategy every week.

Thank you for your review. Leaving a review, shows that you care and are genuinely interested in giving feedback directly to leadership, so thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Picking up on a couple of your points, we're committed to being a great SaaS company for colleagues and customers alike - and this includes on the technology front. And we're 100% committed to volunteering days at Sage. If you get in touch with us via inbox and let us know which area/location you're working in, we'll look into this for you. We hope that you also take the opportunity to use some of our internal channels already in place to share your feedback. Your voice, and your perspective is important.

Pros

Limited. I don't feel this company has a clue. Basic business with basic ideas

Cons

Low pay unless you fit into the cash clique Staff under valued, over targeted, underpaid and limited opportunies. Behind the jazz hands is a clapping toy monkey. This place is laughable. Look at the reviews prior to Jan for a clearer picture. The Jan reviews look to be written by managers at Sage. It wouldn't be the first-time they have been asked to write fake reviews to save face.
