      Great to see a company taking such a supportive and understanding approach during Coronavirus crisis. Their staffs welfare really does feel like the main priority

      Pros

      I have been at Sage for 2.5 years. During that time I have seen several changes. The company have a purpose and common goals that have helped us create a clear path for the company and an identity we can be product of. I am excited about going to work each day and there is a new openness and freedom in Sage. We have guiding principles and frameworks that guide our actions. The leadership team have listened and allow us to experiment and innovate.

      Cons

      If you don't like hard work you won't like Sage. We work hard and we often push ourselves.
