Pros

-Good benefits -Regular hours -Base hourly pay + bonus -You can do well financially, provided you meet sales targets no matter what -Good team spirit among colleagues

Cons

- Moving targets - High call volume - No personal references as a company policy - No mobility, unless you meet sales numbers in your particular group - Inconsistent flow of information - HR matters managed remotely & online, no help locally - No paid overtime

Pros

Sage is about the people - the colleagues you work with on a day to day basis are so nice and helpful that I found I stayed longer than I should have because I was afraid I would not find better colleagues

Cons

Management & Leadership. Change (not the pace but the execution), Ignoring Dublin as a whole in the "UKI" alignment - Incentive slides NEVER once had euro conversion while I worked there. Internal online shop also didn't allow for conversion to euro. A lot of things unavailable to Irish workers on our internal online shop. Ireland is essentially full of figure heads - none of which have actual management authority. You would ask your manager something for them to essentially have to liase with someone in the UK and then answer. People are leaving constantly but no one cares as to why. H

Thanks for your review. Having been to the CBC in Dublin, totally agree it's a fantastic place, full of smart friendly colleagues who really make a difference. The CBCs in Atlanta and Dublin are crucial hubs and very much part of our strategy to support our customers. We have a very engaged group of people in Dublin and the future there is exciting. Pros

Co-workers are great. Customers are nice. Pay is good. PTO is fantastic.

Cons

Leadership comes and leadership goes. It's a revolving door at the top with the focus being on executive bonuses and not on the people working for them helping them to achieve those bonus goals.
