      A great company with opportunities ahead

      Pros

      New leadership with Steve Hare at the helm. He is fully engaged and committed to our customers and making Sage a great place for all of us. The company has gone through tough times and management is focused on developing our careers, listening to us and acting upon it. There is more focus on real innovation that was previously lacking.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change underway and this can be demanding day to day and like any company with change it can be challenging to be connected.

      When you work at Sage you get to meet customers who make a difference. Non profits, small businesses, accountants who serve rural communities; people who dream big and made their companies grow, employing people and creating opportunity. I connect every day with customers and partners (and accountants) and have made friends with many. There is a community feeling that our customers and partners generate and it makes Sage a unique place to work. Our mission is to serve these business owners and leaders.

      Cons

      There can be the perception that Sage is old school. The truth is that we champion diversity and inclusion, and that the company has a supportive culture between colleagues.
