Pros

Sage is a very positive environment, they give full support to their staff and help build confidence. They give you full training and make it very visual as well as just booked based.

Cons

need more microwaves, in the lunch area.

Pros

High energy, always a lot going on, huge focus on the Customer and Partner, while offering lots of ways for Colleagues (employees) to engage, have fun and volunteer. Sage gives each Colleague 5 days to volunteer, that was one of the big draws for me since I love a company that gives back to the communities it does business in.

Cons

The company veterans, those who have worked here for a while, tend to slow down innovation at times. The newcomers need to know this and continue to push through so innovation has a chance to take hold. For conscientious workers, the hours tend to be long, but perhaps that's any place where you want to do good work and build your reputation.
