We receive lots of feedback to say our colleagues are empowered, so not surprised you experienced that - which is fantastic. Our training is great isn't it - from classroom-based to Linda.com and to our tips on the internal career page and The Sage Academy generally; we have so many great resources to help colleagues build a fab career at Sage. As I am sure you recall, one of our values is velocity, being agile and working at pace. We need to be better all round, but there are teams who do an excellent job in this area already.
