Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please be assured that colleague wellbeing remains a core priority for us, and so we're disappointed that your recent experiences at Sage haven’t met expectations. Our Places team is actively evolving our workspaces — both through new designs and updates to existing offices — to foster inclusive, collaborative environments that support all colleagues. Our hybrid working framework supports flexibility, relationship-building, and team cohesion. Managers are encouraged to work closely with their teams to ensure individual needs are met — whether related to caregiving responsibilities, parenting, or other personal circumstances — to help colleagues maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also take great care to ensure our recruitment processes are fair, inclusive, and robust, helping us attract and retain the best talent to support our growth. That said, we’d value more insight into specific situations where your concerns may have proven true. If you feel comfortable, we encourage you to raise a confidential People Services ticket to speak directly with a member of our Colleague Relations team. We recognise there is always room for improvement and remain committed to creating an environment where all colleagues can thrive and barriers to success are continuously addressed.

Changed for the worst

Pros

Colleagues are great, not to much working outside of 9-5

Cons

Management do not explain changes and why they are happening, means job role and account base regularly changes. Just want quick sales instead of proper account management since leadership from other brands sage bought have come in. Feels like a toxic place to work which is sad because it was once amazing. Hard to do well and feel like we are all constantly under performing. No wonder so many colleagues are leaving / off on long term sick. No trust in colleagues anymore and it can be felt

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed to know how you're feeling, and assure you that your concerns are being taken seriously. If you're comfortable doing so, we encourage you to reach out to our Colleague Relations team to provide more details about your experience. You can do this by raising a ticket with People Services, and they’ll help connect you with the team. As our CEO recently highlighted in an internal broadcast, leadership deeply appreciates the continued dedication and hard work of our colleagues. This commitment is reflected in our strong performance—but sustaining this momentum is key to achieving even greater success together. If you have suggestions on how we can further enhance recognition and appreciation across the organisation, we encourage you to share your thoughts through our Always Listening survey. Additionally, we invite you to explore our Wellbeing Hub, where you’ll find a wide range of resources designed to support your overall wellbeing.

Pros

Used to be a flexible environment. Use to live by their values once upon a time

Cons

All staff made to return to the office three days per week. With zero flexibility, no trust is given to staff , no autonomy. Message is get back in the office three day a week as were watching you via the VPN and if you dont conform your sacked
