Pros

Good work life balance. Nice office space.

Cons

Terrible management, no sense of direction with product line. The VP single handedly is killing the company culture and Director supports all the madness without having a clue as to why. Terrible comission plan. Seems like they do not want individuals to over achieve by adjusting your quotas monthly. Please do not read all the positive feedbacks. Sage is having their existing employees post positive feedback due to the lack of candidates applying. Also, salary is probably the lowest in the industry. Stay away from this place.

Living on past glory

Pros

I learnt how not to run a business and how not to be innovative

Cons

Still relies on its very successful past and the customers it acquired over the last 15 years whom it is now rinsing dry by charging them more at every opportunity. Huge pressure to hit financial targets with little room for negotiation. Most employees believe Sage is declining to a slow and painful death
