      Pros

      -Customers are loyal and love the product -Great "worker bees"

      Cons

      - Huge turnover in multiple groups over the last year - What was an amazing culture has been replaced with a lack of communication, us vs. them attitude, and only focusing on numbers - Politics and power struggles within management - Bosses instead of leaders -Lack of corporate direction being distilled throughout the organization -Inconsistent HR "policies" - they vary depending on who you are

      Pros

      Pretoria based so travel is great and the people are awesome and always willing to assist each other.

      Cons

      It is all about money, Sage has lost touched with the employees and seems to have forgotten that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers. Employees feel like just a number and has lost all motivation to go the extra mile and this is truly sad as the excellent hard working culture is disappearing fast.
