Pros

Decent Base Salary and occasional remote work.

Cons

The culture here is more toxic than a chemical or oil spill. YES employees succeed here. Employees who are skilled and knowledgeable are moved out. The solutions are antiquated. The HR Team that supported employee welfare are transitioned out. If you value yourself even a little bit keep looking for a position outside of this company.

Thank you for your review, because we want honest feedback to see where we have areas to improve. Culture is very important to us and one of the reasons we brought in a leader about a year ago dedicated to evaluate and focus on it. We have done a lot of work in this area which continues to gain momentum. By the way, we think Steve Hare ROCKS too!

Pros

- Coworkers - Nice view - Free Food 15 days out of the month. Eat Club Recruiting Team will ask you to do a survey when you first begin because you're happy, so all of the good reviews here are based of that. Not even close to the "Best Place to Work" - don't buy into it

Cons

- High Turnovers - many SDRs and Managers have left! - You will NOT make money here - Unrealistic quota. No work life balance. They frown upon if you just take one day off - No career growth, they give you a fake career path. Inbound, Outbound, Associate AE which is still an SDR role, to keep you long, so you will be here for 3 years as an SDR and it will affect your career because now you are behind - Micromanaged - They lie to you in the interview and say you are salary but you're hourly - Your commission is in the hands of your Account Executives. You can work hard all you want but it's a lucks game. If you have a good AE you will get paid, if you have a bad one you won't - You have to hit call quota to get the commission you earned. Upper-Management just cares about how many voicemails and dials you make, they don't listen to us when we tell them the workload and is not realistic - Everyone is interviewing, we want out and we are only here until we find a new opportunity. You will regret being an SDR
