Pros

Flexible hours (depending on your department and manager). Some employees are positive, hard working and talented but Sage works those employees to the bone with broken promises of promotions and blame it on the "reorg". It's sad really because said employees do not realize another company would be thrilled to have them come onboard so they continue to stay at Sage, hoping things will improve.

Cons

So much "transformation" that never actually transforms completely. If you have any concerns or questions don't bother HR or it's not even worth it because they will just read off some corporate jargon like a robot about focus on newer products and geographic areas so it's okay to take resources away from other offices and lose credibility and trust in their employees. One Sage is a joke and disillusioned because the Atlanta and CBC office will get all resources while other offices are expected to suck it up and be okay with 80's style cubicles, cubicles falling apart and printers not being fixed for months. They even bragged about it at August's all-hands meeting and "THANKED" the rest of us suckers for sucking it up, all while showing us all pictures of the beautiful offices we would never get the opportunity to inhabit. Really??? Wow!! If you're thinking of applying for any new positions just be aware that all the negative reviews on here are true, don't be fooled by Sage Summit because that's kind of the only thing they should be proud of. I'm actually impressed that we were able to secure Richard Bronson since what he preaches is so far from what Sage is trying to actually do, not sure why such a successful entrepreneur would want to partner with a brand like Sage. "Profit over People" should be Sage's true tag line. Hilarious how almost 90% of the pictures on here is of the new Atlanta office, they really should take more pictures of other offices that have to pay for the shiny offices of Atlanta and CBC, it's all a ruse until they get you in the door and then you realize what a career and HUMAN mistake you took.

Pros

If you are a shark with no conscience this place is made for you. Otherwise just run away.

Cons

I worked there as an inside sales rep. for 3 years. Managers ask their employees to lie to clients in order to achieve targets. Targets are too high, lot of pressure. If you are not Brown, you cannot be promoted (feeling that there is some racism inside the company).
