Pros

No pro’s at all. If there where any pro’s I would list them. The only pro I can actually think off is that you can do what you want.

Cons

Everything. No direction. Not a good working environment for people that are genuine. A good place if you like to brown nose.

Pros

It was great until they devalued the positions and started to half a revolving door type of atmosphere.

Cons

Terrible management and work enviornment. Worked there for over 6 years. Devalued positions and staff. Miserable place

Thanks for your feedback. Our new interim CPO, Amanda Cusdin, said earlier today that she wants to develop employee engagement across Sage as it's important we listen to our people. She said we drive hard for results so it's important we look after our people. The outcome of the recent colleague survey is currently being shared and she's also committed to ensure we continue listening to our people. Thanks again.

Think twice

Pros

None that I can think of genuinely. I don't have good memories of my time there. A few great people but these are leaving

Cons

I was a recent hire to Sage. When I was recruited I was sold something that was so far away from reality. I knew in my first month that things would not work out but I stuck it out to give it a chance. Now I wish I hadn't because it was time I will never get back. Whatever you do ask questions before accepting a role there. Make sure to ask to speak to a team member so you can find out the truth and see the level of unhappiness in the teams. You will be sold a company that is transforming when in reality a lot of poor leaders are papering over the cracks of the past with bad decisions and short term bets that will have little impact in that effort for transformation. The only thing you can learn is from the mistakes you made by not asking the important questions before you sign your contract

Thanks for your review. Sorry things didn't work out for you, which is a shame. Sometimes, companies and individuals aren't right for each other, and alas it sounds like this was one of those cases. Our people are amazing and looking on social media you can see so much love and enthusiasm our people have for Sage during the FY18 kick-offs. We wish you every success with your career.
