Pros

Friendly teams and supportive management. Facilities in Newcastle are great. Using modern technology stack (in my team). No overtime/crunch culture.

Cons

Sometimes bureaucratic and slow to make changes. Large base of legacy customers means some areas are old fashioned.

Pros

If you're looking for a job for life you picked the right place. Business is solid as a rock but technology needs to be improved in order to be a top SAAS company. Excellent work/life balance (35hours / week) and WFH

Cons

It depends on the team you're working for. Lack of communication from top management but it's getting better. Ireland it's just a little tiny thing within the UKI unit. Salary and benefits are not the best in the market.
