Pros

A very few normal people.

Cons

This list is going to be really long. Absolutely incapable management/leadership (both central Europe and the US!), however they do thrive in manipulating and toxicity. „Exciting times ahead“ is what they told us this summer as they demoted half of the recruitment organization globally! That’s right, we went from the recruitment role to a sourcer role over night. Forget about the promotions too because there hasn’t been any budget since 2022, this is the official statement from the management. Incompetent HR too! The way they handled the lay-offs this year was utterly disrespectful and unacceptable. The values are all fake here, there is absolutely zero trust in this company. Pressure is the new value. Pressure, politics and playing favorites. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Oh, by the way, forcing people back to the office is not going to work. People are already miserable enough, take a look at all the negative reviews and how many upvotes they get.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience has been counter to what we strive to create for our employees. We know this year has been challenging, and empathize with the impact it has had. All of our employees deserve to feel valued by their leadership and management teams, especially through times of change, and we are sorry to hear that you feel like you are in an environment of pressure rather than support. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to have an open discussion with your manager about the pressure you're feeling; however, if you do not feel comfortable doing so, you can also reach out to Employee Success to discuss any concerns. If you'd like to provide more details anonymously, you can also do so by contacting our third party provider Ethicspoint at salesforce.ethicspoint.com. Thank you again for sharing your feedback; we take this to heart, and will continue to strive to improve.

Pros

Benefits are good and some philanthropic efforts are noteworthy.

Cons

There is no clear vision or strategy, because the CEO created a culture where people were hired and promoted who have little to no leadership experience. Their DNA is selling and when that doesn't work they have no leaders to think their way out of challenges. From top to bottom you cannot tell any CEO from an account Executive. They all look, think and act the same. There is no trust or transparency at any level of the company. Trust is their number one value but they destroyed.. Employees don't trust leaders and leaders don't trust anyone. Their arrogance and epoch failure to integrate their acquisitions destroyed the brand and value of Tableau and Slack. It's a case study in failure to lead.
