- Too many Bias. - Lack of respect for professional working style. - No true working / personal balance. - The majority of managers don't really engage to know you and support you.

Pros

Top notch internal ops, admin and collaboration tools. Heavy investment in MEDDIC, education and expectation

Cons

If you have to name your companies culture (Ahona) you most likely dont have culture. SFDC is a dog eat dog brutal sales culture unlike what most have seen in the marketplace. You are a number with a pyramid like system built for those at the top. A flippant leadership culture permeates where varsity athletes and friends of leadership gain roles while others toil. If you thrive or enjoy a bro culture this is not a bad place to be. If you thrive in an trusting, brothers in arms, in the trenches together culture this is not the place for you

Pros

Great Benefits & Perks Growth & Learning Programs Mentorship Opportunities (if you know where to look)

Cons

The sales organization is extremely toxic. Depending on the team you’re on, you may never hit your quota. Only half of core reps do. Micromanaging and unnecessary time wasting administrative work. There are favorites. You must kiss a** to survive. People steal deals from one another. Shady behind the scenes territory swiping even though it’s suppose to be against the rules. All of this and you will still be let go no matter the ACV you bring in to the company. 5 years and millions on millions later. They laid off people I would never think to lay off. High performers. It makes absolutely no sense and it’s devastating. Basically, you are family until you earn too much. It’s all BS
