      Pros

      Great brand awareness, everyone knows Salesforce when making a cold call. Office culture is great - free snacks and most days free food in the office leftover from meetings.

      Cons

      Unnecessary amount of BDR reps. Job is presented as sales, but essentially is an admin role for Account Executives.. Unless you have prior software experience, you will likely have to take this role to climb the Salesforce ladder. Insane amount of internal meetings and 60% are pointless. You have to adapt to the Salesforce culture and drink the kool-aid or you won't be promoted.
