Pros
Salesforce is visionary. They are literally defining the market. It's a fun, high energy, fast paced environment. The focus on the customer and customer success is out of this world... It's great to work at a company where customers love the product more than the company does. And importantly, the company has a soul - with integrated philanthropy and volunteering.
Cons
The company is growing fast and needs to invest in training for new people and systems and processes as it grows. Work/life balance is up to you to manage - you can do it, but you have to own it.
