Business Outlook
Pros
I joined Salesforce about 5 years ago. Never looked back. Love the company culture and that they really care about their employees. Plenty of opportunities to grow and switch up what you're working on. Upper management is transparent and shares where they are taking the company and why.
Cons
Pretty fast paced environment. I love it, but it's not for people who just want to coast along. Company has been growing really fast and office space is pretty tight.
