Pros

Free snack Flexible working hours Clean environment

Cons

Do not accept the offer unless you're desperate for a job. They don't provide any assistance in helping you succeed in your new job. The company is very political - and a lot of people stabbed you in the back. My job responsibilities were very different than the original job description I applied for. No training provided. And the manager didn't care about it because all he wanted was to get promotions. No one really cares about your career opportunities in the company. The worst thing is - the manager uses Favouritism to manage people so if you're part of minority groups - you're not male or white, it's impossible to get any interesting projects or even promotions in this company.

Pros

Depends heavily on the role & org or group you're in . Good base pay and benefits. Incredibly smart people throughout the company. Ability to work in different organizations. Flexibility to work remotely.

Cons

Unattainable goals. Internal bureaucracy and fighting is worse than I've seen anywhere by far. Zero work-life balance. Expectations to take calls/respond to emails anytime of day/night 7 days a week. Only objective is to sell more to clients, not what's best for their clients. Do not live by the image they portray externally.

Pros

Nice workplace, social events, free lunch

Cons

Poor work-life balance, not a friendly place to work from home when needed. The technology stack is pretty outdated, most of the work is about maintaining legacy code that uses old libraries and frameworks some of them home made with poor documentation.
