Pros
Saleforce focuses on building a culture of friendliness, support, and empowering each employee. It tolerates engineers making and correcting their own mistakes a lot. It has a wonderful training and learning program to onboard or grow employees' career.
Cons
I had a great time working at Salesforce. Not too many cons I could remember. Only one little thing I can suggest as below: Although the company is promoting an inclusive culture, it still has room to improve in this area. Salesforce is a global company. Many people work from home or in different areas, inclusive everyone is hard, but it is worthy to keep improve and achieve more inclusive culture.
