As per management its ICs responsibility 4. No respect for engineers. "Do what we are asking you to do, we are paying you handsome salary OR lets have a 1-1". Get used to hear these statements in every townhall. 5. As per VPs the solution of every problem is team collaboration and documentaiton 6. As per management everything is ICs responsibility - Creating visibility, communicating and convincing all stakeholders, updting and providing status to higher management. 7. Leaders always use a threating tone - do the work and do not raise any voice, or we have to let you go. 8. No career growth. 9. Don't even think about joining Industries cloud - you won't be allowed for internal movement. They won't even allow you send the last working day email.
