Bright and commercially savvy people, pay and benefits.

Cons

Rapant nepotism, aggressive behaviours, sell and push stuff down customers throats at all costs despite the human toll involved, very poor management. Perhaps now with all the layoffs people will finally realise that all the talk of "Ohana" is nothing more than an internal marketing stunt and part of the cult that is Salesforce. People say Salesforce has changed, it hasn't! Unfortunately many people have convinced themselves or been won over by snacks, great benefits and feel good messaging. It's all fake. HR are aware of these issues! How many bad reviews does it take for you to do something? How many times do peole need to be reported for you to do something?
