      Pros

      Unlike Samsung Electronics, employees can have chance to fully manage the whole business process because the organization is not too big and it has simple trading business models. If you want to learn a lot about trading business, working here will be really helpfull.

      Cons

      This company is a lot more flexible than other Samsung affiliates, but still it's Samsung. This means there will aways be strong centralized management from Samsung Group.

      Relatively Higher salay than other korean EPC Contractor

      Cons

      Basis of this company is just "contruction" not engineering. So board members have a just construction experience. Because they negrect the engineering, I think that long-term growth potential is low.
