      Good salary, compared to similar jobs; very dynamic environment; office in a nice location

      Cons

      It´s not a global company. If you are not Korean, you are a second class citizen. HR rules change without previous notice, to worse, always. Voluntary attrition rates are very, very high, most employees have less than 1 year on board. There is no employee purchasing program in place for company products. If you want to by a cell phone, go to your carrier.

      You realize that you have made a big mistake and now you are more careful.

      Cons

      Here Indians are seen as cheap labour and nothing else. Company has no creativity, no morals and most important is the unhumanly way you are treated. You lose self respect because you know that your life had a higher purpose than this pathetic job
