      1) nice compensation 2) onsite opportunity 3) brand name 4) job security 5) free food and transport facility 6) product coupan's

      Cons

      1) work life balance is so poor, daily working hours are around 11~12 hr 2) most of the Saturday and Sunday,end up in office 3) Leads and manager are too bossy and unprofessional. 4) transparency is almost Zero, about rating,policy,awards etc. 5) Koreans and Indian discrimination. 6) No fun activities for employees. 7) slow learning.

      This place has the potential to touch the peak of every technology available up to date.

      Cons

      The company has a big problem in which people should be recruited in which place. Though there are a possibilities of higher milestones but the pace is way slow than required. These ultimately create a whole lot of problem.
