      Pros

      -Office located in a convenient area, near to LRT. -Just follow instructions. -Some teams are led by supportive managers (Not all teams)

      Cons

      -No flexibility for Work From Home. -Outdated systems and rigid processes make simple tasks time-consuming. -Top-down management culture which leaves little room for employee to feedback. -Too many manual tasks, leading to OT.

      Brand Presence, so-so salary, basic benefits

      Cons

      Crazy workload, depending on departments, but majority are overloaded. Insane Sales Targets with little support from management. Benefits given are tiny compared to other MNC of this scale. Toxic work culture that emphasizes only on sales results, they don't even care if you have an attitude problem as long as you can deliver. Scolding, shouting and belittling a norm from some Sales HOD during meetings.
